What is strategic intervention?
Strategic intervention coaching will help you learn more about yourself so you can be more effective in areas of your life that are not working so well. Strategic intervention coaching is used to support a person or a group of people. It is a system of change that empowers the client or group to take daily action and make effective life changes.
“Any action is often better than no action, especially if you have been stuck in an unhappy situation for a long time. If it is a mistake, at least you learn something, in which case it’s no longer a mistake. If you remain stuck, you learn nothing.” – Eckhart Tolle.
What can a life coach do for you?
You will gain more clarity, learn to take effective action and make progress towards your desired goals. Relationships, health and career etc tend to stagnate when our minds constantly race with a gazillion different thoughts and emotions, coaching can be very effective at undoing old patterns of behavior that no longer serve the individual making for a more happier and fulfilled life. The sense of our own self worth permeates through every aspect of our life, even if we are not aware of it. If we do not value ourselves it affects all areas of our lives, how we communicate, how we relate to others and how effective we are in our lives. People pick up on it. We miss opportunities. We keep our heads down. It goes without saying that self respect and worth are essential to happiness and success, and yet many of us do not put stock in the idea of nurturing them in any concrete way.
“There is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the voice of the mind – you are the one who hears it.” – Michael A. Singer
